General Shipping Information:
We do not ship orders on Friday. The last orders will go out by noon EST on Thursday if you chose Overnight. Even then we may reserve judgment on the best time to ship based on weather. Please plan accordingly.
• We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, FPOs or APOs.
• No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Even though we strive to get your order out the day we receive it, please allow up to 48 hours for processing your order, longer during busy holiday seasons.
• Most orders are shipped via USPS.
• Our products are shipped from our factory in Florida.
Unfortunately I don't accept returns due to the nature of my products. Once a product is used I am no longer able to sell it. Meaning I would need to throw out the item. It's a waste of time and resources to have you ship the item back to me. If an item doesn't work out for you, please contact me and we can come up with a solution to make you happy. You could also give the product that didn't work out to someone else instead of throwing it. This way, it doesn't go to waste. Please if you have any issues with your products message me and I am happy to offer a refund if necessary.

Bubble and Bath does not accept returns or refund for products unless the product is unopened, damaged, or defective within 8 Days. In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping or weather, we will issue a full credit, refund or send you a replacement.
For health and safety reasons, all products returned must be unopened or unused.
In case you do not receive your package, We apologize for this and want to get you, your product as soon as possible. Please email info@bubbleandbath.com with order number and an image of your order and we will get it shipped out! .
